Injection Moulding

OFFERING CONSISTENT QUALITY AND REPEATABILITY

The injection moulding manufacturing process uses polymer granules that are melted, the molten plastic is then injected under high pressure into a precisely engineered mould tool.

Once cooled and solidified, the part is ejected, producing highly accurate and repeatable components. This method is ideal for medium to high-volume production and is widely used across automotive, medical, consumer goods, electronics and industrial sectors.

Blow Moulding

EFFICIENT PRODUCTION OF HOLLOW FORMS

Blow moulding is a process used to create hollow plastic parts. Heated plastic is formed into a tube (parison), placed inside a mould and inflated with air so it expands to the shape of the cavity. Once cooled, the hollow product is removed.

Blow moulding is commonly used for producing lightweight, durable containers and vessels. Typical products include bottles, containers, tanks, ducts and other hollow forms used in packaging, automotive and industrial applications.
